At the Kenyatta International Convention Centre, the Summit got under way on Monday and is scheduled to go until Friday.

Discussions on climate financing and how to scale it up globally for Africa, investing in nature and biodiversity, are anticipated to take place between a number of leaders.
For the second day of the Africa Climate Summit on Tuesday, Ruto arrived at 7:30 am. Gachagua welcomed him as well.
Ruto will tackle the global climate agenda during the presidential opening session.
