H.E William Samoe Ruto on Thursday said that the government will work with tertiary institutions to forge pathways for Kenya to deepen its competitive technical capacity.

“We are committed to supporting the growth of Kenya as a technological and industrial powerhouse.” He said this on Thursday during the ground-breaking ceremony at Technical University of Kenya, Nairobi.
