According to Vincent, Mudryk’s first spell in English football may have been so different if he had have gone to the Gunners instead. The expectations and pressure would not have been as immense because of the the top form the Gunners have shown this season and their top position in the league.
Its imperative to note that, Mudryk more than anyone else in the globe will be wanting to prove himself in England. He has already faced heaps of criticism, something that was obvious to happen if he had made a bad start in the premier league after his expensive move.
However, Vincent argues that tonight could be the time for Mudryk to really announce himself at Chelsea and who better to do it against than one of the club’s biggest rivals who almost signed him a while ago. He has added that the style of play for Arsenal could also bring the best out of the former Shakhtar winger.
Arsenal have been playing with a high-line all season as they look to possesfrom front and suffocate tthe opposition with their running off the ball. However, at times it leaves them vulnerable to the counter-attack and thus Mudryk can capitalize on this to bring the best out of him tonight.
