How to prepare scrambled eggs

Ingredients:
– 3 large eggs
– 1 tablespoon butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: milk, cheese, herbs, or other seasonings

Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them together until the whites and yolks are well combined. If you like, you can add a splash of milk to make them creamier.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once the butter is melted and sizzling, pour in the eggs.
3. Use a spatula to stir the eggs constantly, scraping the bottom of the pan to create curds as they cook.
4. Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked to your liking, but be careful not to overcook them or they will become dry and rubbery. You can take them off the heat while they’re still slightly wet, as they will continue to cook from the residual heat.
5. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste, and add any other ingredients you like, such as shredded cheese, fresh herbs, or hot sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
